Real health 201 is an advanced course that will show you how to apply each of the 4 pillars to Hashimoto's specifically. Note you need to have completed Real Health 101, 102, 103, and 104 before starting 201.

If you are a self learner then start at Real Health 101 and work your way through 102,103,104, and then head over to 201. Your Instructor
Dr. Boyer is an osteopathic physician who is passionate about teaching people to take charge of their own health. She is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She is the owner and Medical Director of Lancaster County Osteopathic & Integrative Health since 2008 where she strives to get people healthy. She is an international lecturer, homeschooling mother of 4 who values real health by promoting simple nutrition, toxin management true motion and empowered choices.
Dr. Boyer loves to empower people with knowledge. It is one of her joys in life to see people, whether a patient, osteopathic resident or her kids, light up with new information. She loves to connect the dots for people so that they can become empowered to make great choices for their health.
She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 with her degree in Osteopathic Medicine and her Masters in Business Administration.She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Rowan University in Stratford NJ.
She and her husband, Brad homeschool their 4 amazing kids in addition to running LCOIH. They homestead on one acre and love teaching their kids about real food: where it comes from, how to grow, and preserve it. Together they are passionate about teaching them that real food is the foundation of real health. In her leisure time, you can find Dr. B doing anything outside: hiking, gardening, boating and on the rare occasion that she sits down, you may find her on the beach or porch with a good book.
